People have asked me if it’s low-fat, low-cal or low-carb. The answer is an emphatic “No!” I think it takes too many artificial ingredients to make a good granola that’s low-fat or low-cal. Nuts, by their very nature, are high in the good fats, the unsaturated kind. And nuts have been proven to lower LDLs, the bad cholesterol. read more »
